My neighbor’s cat thinks this is where he lives. My cat likes him and she doesn’t like anyone. He eats here, he has a place here on my table…..

What a cute cat! He obviously likes your place better than the neighbour's. It's exactly how we became a cat owner. We fed a straying cat and took him to the vet because he was sick. I wouldn't want to miss him anymore though. He is such a sweetie and we love him.
