Im almost at the end
of this stripy goodness
This has been one of my
favorite things to crochet
Lots of colors and
stripy patterns
I was a little worried
about maintaining my stitch count
But with stitch markers
its been pretty easy
I cant wait
to get to the end of one row
and start another color and pattern
Now to decide
on the color(s) for the border
Im thinking maybe red

Robin, I love it, if I did not have so many projects going right now I'd start one tonight. It is on my list for sure. It's gorgeous!. Atie
ReplyDeleteWow Robin Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I am so pleased to see that someone else tried this! I saw it on littlewoolies' blog a few weeks ago and wanted to drop my WIP and do this CAL! I forced myself to keep working on my shawl until it's truly finished, but I am having the hardest time not lapsing into this CAL on the border of my shawl and turning it into a floor length cloak or something! I love how your blanket is turning out, and how pleased you are with the colors, as they aren't my usual colors either. I am looking forward to your ta-dah!
ReplyDeleteYou should try one.....its lots of fun to crochet and quite addicting!!
DeleteOh wow...that is a work of art!!!

ReplyDeleteYour afghan is fantastic!! I love the canges in colors and pattern!!I am realy looking forward to take a look at the finished work! :-)
ReplyDeleteThis is so fabulous!! Are you following a pattern or making it up as you go along? would love to know what the pattern is.
ReplyDeleteJanet I started following this one on little wollie's blog but when I got farther than where she was I just start doing my own thing. Mine isn't as large as hers - I started with 246 stitches which worked pretty well with all the different stitches.
